This beautiful porcelain vase is a perfect addition to any collection of Asian art. Handmade in China, it features a traditional temple design with a lid and seal on the bottom. The vase and lid are 7 inches in height and 5.5 inches wide. The vase alone is 4 inches in height. The design is painted in reds, greens, oranges and browns over an off-white base. The design depicts a rooster and hen with scroll work surrounding them. There are no chips or cracks but the piece does have crazing. A stamp in red is on the bottom as well as a paper sticker with "Made In China" written on it.The provenance and ownership history is not available.
