Author
First of all, I wrote this in 3rd grade. That’s quite a long time ago. Furthermore, this is was my first attempt at something that wasn’t Super Mario Brothers, though during one section, it does have some elements from it. I’m not saying I’m overly proud of this story anymore, and the only reason I typed it up was because I wanted it to remain intact, and to get a laugh out of it. Also, to see how much I’ve improved with my writing skills over the years.
Most of the parts of this story are standalone. Each one was a continuation to the other. Each part seemed to get shorter and shorter than the previous part, though, as I ran out of ideas. Most of this story, I’ll admit, it very lame. I used the same wording when I typed it, just edited the spelling and a small bit of grammar. Though, during 3rd grade, I think this was quite an accomplishment. Anyhow, this is the series of stories titled the “Dragon’s Cave” and I hope you all “enjoy” reading something that I once thought was good.
A long time ago, there was a dragon that never came out of
his cave. The only time he comes out is every 1,000,000 years. This was the
1,000,000th year, when the dragon comes out of his cave. He was
Andrew, Andy and Catie’s friend.
The dragon came out under Pullen School and
trashed it. Kids were flying everywhere and screaming loud. He ripped up all
the books, papers, and tools. The dragon threw kids to the moon and stars.
The
dragon fell into his cave and flew back out.
The dragon spit bombs all over the
hospital by Pullen School.
Then dragon ate every clock in the world.
The dragon
burnt up Australia by shooting fire at it.
The dragon went to Washington D.C.
and ate one kid because he was hungry. “Yummy! Yummy!” said the dragon.
The
dragon went to the devil’s place and ate them up. They turned into baby
dragons. The dad dragon went into a volcano and got more powerful wings. The
dragons ate tons of chickens.
Andy said, “Let’s go back home.”
“Why?” said
Catie and Andrew.
Andy said, “Look at the grave where one baby dragon died.”
The big dragon’s name was HYDRA.
“The dragon ate the grave,” said Catie.
“Now
the grave is 1,000,000 baby dragons,” said Andy.
Catie, Andy and Andrew gave
the dragon tons of candy.
The dragon said, “I want more candy.”
Jared broke the
dragon’s wing and the dragon was screaming loud.
The dragon shot fireballs at
Jared and yelled, “I will get you!”
Jared jumped over every fireball.
Jared
swung a bat at the baby dragons. 5,000 baby dragons died.
Catie, Andrew, Andy
and the dragon left to another country.
5,000,000 years later the dragon got
into the castle and took the princess. The dragon took the princess down in his
cave and locked her up.
The princess had magic. They princess used her magic
and got out of the cave. She went back to the castle.
When the dragon came
back, the princess was gone. The dragon was mad and roared loud.
The dragon
went back to the castle, but the castle was gone. He ran up where it was and
ran into something.
“It’s the castle,” said Catie.
The dragon found the way in
the castle. The dragon picked the castle up.
The princess used her magic and
put the castle back.
The dragon ate the guards of the castle for a snack.
“The
baby dragons were eating the castle,” said Andrew, Catie and Andy.
The dragons
took the princess to the cave. The baby dragons guarded the princess all day.
Somehow, the dragon got the princess’ magic and dug underground. The dragon
came out under the snails and the turtles’ pond. The dragon turned the turtles
and the snails into giant turtles and snails. The turtles and the snails
guarded the princess.
The princess could not get out unless she had her magic.
The guards of the princess’ castle came and fought the dragon. The dragon
turned the guards into stone statues.
The dragon used the bounce magic at the
princess. The princess moved. The magic shot the baby dragon and turned them
into stone.
The dragon time traveled back to when Pullen School was destroyed.
Andy found a book that was 10,000,000,000 years old. It said:
The legend is when the dragon dies,
you will time travel back when everything
was back to normal.
The time travel can go ahead in years,
and back in years.
Then the dragon time traveled to the dinosaurs. The dragon
took then dinosaurs back to the cave where the princess was. The dinosaurs
guarded the princess.
The dragon time traveled ahead in time to when cars could
fly. The dragon used his magic and made everything turn into legos. He ate up
everything.
When the dragon got back the dinosaurs died. Now the dragon’s magic
was gone, because the princess got away.
The dragon went to the Civil War and
took the weapons. Andrew, Andy and Catie blasted the castle down. Catie and
Andy got the princess and took her to the dragon.
The dragon caved her up in a
deep hole. Guards were all around the hole.
A little boy came up to the dragon
and tried to take the treasure. The dragon threw him out of the hole. Then the
dragon took the treasure and flew away. The dragon wore a crown.
The dragon is
now the king of the world. Now everyone is his slave except the baby dragons,
Catie, Andrew and Andy.
Andy said, “Why is everyone his slaves except us?”
Catie said, “Because he’s king of the world.”
The dragon made little eyeball
monsters. They go around and around in a circle.
The dragon ate the cars
because he was hungry. He took all the people and locked them up, except
Andrew, Andy and Catie. He made the people give him their money.
Catie found a
clue:
Andrew this is just a dream.

Andrew said, “It is not a dream.” At the end of the page we saw a whole bunch of letters. Andy found another clue:

We did not get this. We looked for another clue. We found the last clue:

in the morning.
The clue meant this is a dream. The letters mean Andrew, Andy, Catie, Baby Dragon, and Dragon. We found out that this was not a dream, we think.
The next day the dragon was killed. Everything was back to normal. I had a dream. Mom said, “You should have saw a big dragon, Andrew.” I laughed. The next day, I saw baby dragons walking around with a prince and a princess. “That prince looks familiar," I said. I was happy to be with my mom and dad.
