should be neutral feedback ... 16 days from time of payment until item received. needs to do a better job of timely mailing AND if you are using a large box for a medium object needs to have MUCH MORE protection as in more bubble wrap and or shipping peanuts and or newspaper. did give a partial refund. thanks Russ
