SMALL AND MEDIUM ITEM SHIPPING COST: Shipping is usually calculated for USPS mail for smaller items and USPS Priority Mail International. Larger items may be shipped UPS ground Fed Ex, Greyhound. All items are tracked and fully insured. Some items may include shipping in the price as “free “ shipping.
LOCAL DELIVERY: We do ship locally. Contact us for a local delivery quote.
U.S. SHIPPING: All transactions completed by midnight will ship the following business day unless otherwise specified in the listing. All items are tracked and fully insured.
LOCAL PICK UP:
All sales have the option of local pick up. We would love for you to visit our showroom by appointment which is located in San Jose CA 95125. Please message us to arrange a visit.
FREIGHT SHIPPING: All shipping quotes are estimates. After you contact us with your location/zip code, you will receive a shipping quote. Shipping may take 2-8 weeks. We ship with the white glove shippers are all highly rated, reputable, and professional antique furniture movers. They provide door-to-door shipping. You can expect your items will be prepped, packaged, and shipped and we will provide all tracking information. Upon purchase for your freight shipments we will send you a shipping/handling invoice via Paypal. For larger items, delicate items or mirrors, we will obtain a professional packing quote for you along with a shipping quote. All items are insured with Fedex, UPS, USPS, Greyhound and freight shippers have individualized insurance. Please contact us for a quote! For any freight returns you pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

FREIGHT LIABILITY: Once the item leaves our location, we are not responsible for any damage incurred . You will be responsible for any claims for damage with the carrier directly. Failure to do so will void any insurance on your behalf.

SMALL & MEDIUM ITEM DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Before filing a claim with any sales channel. You agree to cooperate fully to obtain the insurance pay out including providing photos of the box and contents for the claim. Do not throw out the box.Upon notification of insurance claim (which is just a few days normally) granted we will issue a full refund to your payment processor. All damage items claims with Fedex, UPS, USPS and Greyhound will require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard any packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick up the item for their claims review.
