SHIPMENTS FROM JAPAN:
We usually ship items using DHL/FedEx/JapanPost for items shipped from Japan.

SHIPMENTS FROM US FULFILMENT CENTER
Orders will be forwarded to our partnered US Fulfilment center that will take care to prepare and ship your order. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
As part of our effort to combat shipping restrictions and customs delays, we have shipped some of our inventory to US fulfillment centers that offers to store and ship our inventory when the order is placed on . We originally shipped our inventory from Japan to US fulfilment center for storage so it can be more accessible and readily available across United States. We use their services to store and ship our products but may not avoid that boxes and packaging may bear the name of the fulfillment center. It doesn't mean that we purchased the item from them, they simply take care of preparing and shipping of our items that we ship to their warehouse. PLEASE EMAIL US if you have problems with items coming from fulfilment center.
ORDER PROCESSINGOrder processing will take 5-10 business days. Inventory available in US fulfilment center will automatically be processed for shipment.
CANCELLATIONUnshipped items should be available for cancellation within 24 hours after purchase.
Shipped items cannot be retrieved for cancellation or make any changes.
